tab_id=&#8221;1713726442858-945b06af-04c2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Lei n.\u00ba 14\/21, de 19 de Maio &#8211; Lei do Regime Geral das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Financeiras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A presente Regime Jur\u00eddico define os princ\u00edpios orientadores da actividade do Sistema Financeiro e regula<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O processo de estabelecimento e o exerc\u00edcio da actividade das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Financeiras;<\/li>\n<li>O exerc\u00edcio da actividade de supervis\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>O processo de interven\u00e7\u00e3o correctiva e de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o;
